Maddox Plumbing Services came out promptly after calling over the weekend to install a new toilet. They handled everything including the haul away. From beginning to end, they were complete in less than an hour. A project that would have cost me six hours or more. Great job and would highly recommend it!

I had been using Mitchell's services for more than 4 years in our property management business. I just make a call and his team takes care of everything. Tenant schedules, HOA approvals, once he helped me with a repair that was part of an insurance claim regarding a leak from a neighbor plumbing system that affects our landlord's unit, again he took care of everything. I used him twice during the last year on my own property, never an issue. I always recommended his plumbing services.

Maddox Plumbing Services have completed several jobs in my house with all the new renovations over the years I have needed them on many occasions. They never disappoint. Always on time and complete the job in a timely and courteous manner. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The lady who answered the phone was very patient with us and god knows how frustrated we were because of our plumbing issue. Maddox Plumbing Services took care of us and fixed our slab/floor leak and left the house in an amazing clean condition. Price was great and we were very happy to sign the check! Called Maddox Plumbing Services for a leak issue under the sink. They were able to help very quickly and were on time. They were very professional and found the problem immediately and took very little time to get problem solved and back to normal. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a blocked sewer line and the toilet was backing up into the bathtub on the main floor.We called Maddox Plumbing Services and they were able to send out a plumber immediately. He assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done and had the problem solved within a very short time. HE also cleaned up after he was done.

I was looking for a good plumbing company because i needed few things done in my kitchen, and came across Maddox. I Saw they had good reviews and decided to schedule an appointment, i made an appointment for Sunday morning and nobody showed up, i was so disappointed because I scheduled my Sunday morning expecting someone was going to come out for a quote and drove 35 minutes to my house where i needed work done. Kept calling the company and they kept saying we ll get a supervisor to call you back never called back, finally after few hours later the plumber calls me and says he cant come out until the next day. Wasting my time i got over it and the plumber (not a master plumber) came out the next day. I explained what work i needed to get done and he went out to the truck to call his boss for a “quote” he finally cane back in and said the boss said its a $3000 job, i was so shocked by the price and told him ill probably get other quotes from other master plumbers to get a better price. Here comes more disappointment. Now the “regular plumber” tells me theres a $200 service charge just for coming out. I was so shocked i felt like they try to lock you in with such a high quote and your forced to pay $200 for nothing, $50-$100 service charge id have no problem but this was ridiculous. They didnt even send out a master plumber who would understand the job better. I called few other master plumbers in the area and all service charges were less than $100. And way better priced. Hope you enjoy my free $200 for nothing. Still no call back from anyone. I waited all day before writing a review because i still wanted to give them a chance to make it right and call me back. Im shocked this company has 5 stars.

This was a first rate experience! The plumbers did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were very helpful and took time to explain everything and give us advice on other general plumbing questions I had. Five stars across the board!
